The HP Officejet Pro 8035 printer uses the HP Thermal Inkjet technology 
to perform the print operation. This printer supports the following 
functions: Print, scan, copy, and fax. The features of this printer include 
Automatic duplex printing, Wi-Fi Direct printing, AirPrint, and 1-click 
customizable scan to cloud destinations and emails. 
PRINT SETUP
● Initially, make sure that you have completed the printer’s setup.
● Check whether the paper tray contains enough paper to perform the print 
operation.
● Make sure that your printer and the computer are connected to the same 
network.
● Now, open the document that you want to print on your computer.
● Go to the Print dialog box.
● Select your printer and set the other print preferences as per your desire.
● Finally, click the OK button followed by Print.
● Now, your HP printer will start to print the selected document.
 SCAN SETUP
● The HP Officejet Pro 8035 printer allows you to scan and save the scanned document on a 
computer, memory card, or send it as to an email address.
● Scan to computer: If you want to scan a document and send it to a computer, then make 
sure to connect your printer and the computer to the same network. After connecting both 
the devices, scan your document to your computer.
● Scan to a memory device: If you wish to scan your document and save it to a memory 
card, then first insert a USB drive into your printer and place the document that you want to 
scan on the printer's scanner glass. Select Scan > USB. Set the scan preferences as per 
your desire. Finally, tap Save.
● Scan to email: You can perform the scan to email operation using the Scan function. Tap 
the Scan option on your printer’s home screen. Select Email > Next > Using the HP Software 
Installed on a Computer or Using a Web browser. Configure the scan to email setup by 
following the on-screen instructions. Finally, perform the scan to email operation.
 COPY SETUP
● First, place the document you want to copy on the scanner glass.
● Tap the Copy option.
● Choose the copy option of your desire.
● Select or enter the number of copies.
● Finally, touch Copy.
 FAX SETUP

● First, make sure to disconnect your phone or network equipment from the phone wall 
jack.
● Now, connect a phone line splitter to the phone wall jack.
● Connect the DSL modem to the splitter using the phone cord.
● Now, insert a DSL filter into the unused splitter.
● Using another phone cord, connect the printer to the DSL filter.
● Connect the printer to your telephone answering machine using a phone cord.
● Now, turn on the printer and perform the on-screen instructions to configure the fax 
settings.
● Once the fax setup has been completed, try to send a test fax.
