Gene Electroporator is a compact, modular electroporation system, where electrical pulse is used to create temporary pores in cell membranes through which substances like nucleic acids can pass into cells. The instrument is of a complete set with man-computer dialog interface. Once optimum electroporation conditions achieved, this Gene Electroporator transfects a large number of cells in a short time. The detailed setting range of capacitance and resistance makes the electro-perforation experiment of cells more selective under the related conditions.
