Change the Sync Settings

device.

2.Tap the Outlook account already set up
3.Select Mail Days to Sync
4.Choose No Limit
5.Then all your emails will sync automatically
Connect Outlook Account to the Stock Mail App
When the problem lies within all the emails, you may have overlooked and skipped 
connecting the Outlook account to the default Mail app.
6.Open the email you received from Microsoft
7.Tap "Continue using this email app" at the bottom of the email.
Turn on Fetch New Data

new email is not properly set.
1.Go to Settings
2.Find and tap Passwords & Accounts
3.Select Fetch New Data
4.Turn on Push
This will push new emails from the server to your iPhone. Push is only available with 
certain email accounts.
Turn Off Do Not Disturb
The Do Not Disturb feature is also known to block all incoming emails. Usually, if 
you use the Do Not Disturb while driving or on a private meeting, your emails are 
also stuck and can’t go through.
Turn off this feature to test if the emails are or more particularly, your Outlook is 
now working.
5.Go to the Settings on your iPhone
6.Scroll down and find Do Not Disturb and toggle it off

 Remove Email and Set up Again
Another possible reason why your Outlook is not working is due to wrong configurations. You can rectify this by removing the email
 set it up again. Follow this guide:

2.Tap Accounts & Passwords
3.Select the Outlook account
4.Choose Delete Account
5.If necessary, tap Delete email to confirm
