Roof replacement cost is one of the first questions homeowners ask, and it's a fair one, since a roof is one of the biggest single investments in a property. Rather than quote a figure that won't reflect your actual roof, Energy Star Homes prefers to explain what genuinely drives up or down, then provide a tailored assessment for your home. We carry out roof replacements across Croydon, South London and Greater London, working on everything from Victorian pitched roofs to flat-roofed extensions. Every project starts with an honest look at the existing structure, since that's what really determines the right approach and the eventual cost.
