The Staff Selection Commission is set to release the official SSC JE 2024 Notification 
on 29 February 2024, aiming to recruit Junior Engineer candidates for various Indian 
government organizations.
The SSC JE 2024 Notification for the 
different Junior Engineer job openings will 
be posted shortly on ssc.nic.in. There are 
two phases to the SSC JE Exam: Tier and 
Tier 2. The SSC JE exam will be 
administered computer-based and be of an 
objective nature. 
SSC JE 2024 Exam Pattern
The SSC JE Exam Pattern will help the candidates get an idea about the structure of 
the examination. The SSC JE Exam 2024 consists of two papers; 1 & 2. In Paper 1, 
there are 200 questions for 200 marks and in Paper 2 there are 300 marks. There 
will be a negative marking of 1/3rd marks for each wrong question. 
The SSC JE 2024 Syllabus has three sections 
including General Intelligence and 
Reasoning, General Awareness, and 
Technical Subjects (Electrical, Mechanical, 
Civil & Structure). The candidates can go
