should expect to fatigue faster when exercising with
a face mask, comparing this situation to training

greater respiratory fitness.
Over a few weeks, your body will certainly adjust as it becomes more
efficient at metabolizing oxygen, but that takes time. If you start to
feel dizzy, out of balance, or too tired, stop. Be smart, don't overdo it.
