YEIDA allocates industrial plots of up to 8,000 sqm in Sectors 28, 29, 32, and 33 along the Yamuna Expressway, close to Noida International Airport. Plots are grouped into four categories — General Industry/MSMEs, Toy Park, Apparel Park, and Handicraft-ODOP with Furniture Manufacturing Park — allotted through a transparent e-auction, and reserved exclusively for non-polluting manufacturing use. A separate Medical Devices Park scheme runs in Sector 28.
