RETAIL SCENARIO OF LNG IN INDIA
The government is pushing LNG as the best alternative 
fuel for long-haul transportation. It will target stations in 
new states in the coming years, including Gujarat, Andhra 
Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Rajasthan. 
The existing LNG dispensation stations supply fuel to 
buses that can run up to 900 kilometres from a single fill. 
India also plans to shift from diesel to LNG in heavy-duty 
trucking.
