Evening Primrose oil is obtained through the cold-pressed extraction method of the seeds of the Evening Primrose plant and is highly rich in constituents like Gamma- linoleic acid and omega- 6-fatty acids. It is widely used in supplements today. EPO contains 70-75% linoleic acid and 8-10% Gamma linoleic acid.
