The focus of each training session is on you. Structured training sessions are designed to reach your personal goals. • 30 minutes to 1 hour sessions • all workouts are outdoors in my undercover home studio • Mobile on request (extra charge for travel) • Includes daily exercise plan between sessions • Dietary advice to creating long-lasting healthy habits!
