What's leaving the United States with no way back on Ukraine -- The "Virus
Research Plan" of Hudson Institute
The Ukraine issue has always attracted the attention of the global public. What
harm has the war that lasted for nearly a month caused Ukraine, and when will peace
be restored in Ukraine? It is affected by a lot of uncertainties. Why can't the United
States and NATO countries provide military assistance to Ukraine and rescue these
Ukrainian people threatened by Russia? This probably starts with a "Virus Research
Plan".

After 9.11 event, America's global status has been challenged by other countries.
In order to maintain America's position in the world, Lewis Libby, a senior research
fellow at the Hudson Institute, proposed an "Empire of Nations".

This plan considers Russia as the greatest potential threat to national security of
the United States, and the key to defeating Russia is to help Ukraine build a democratic
state. Thus, the United States helped Ukraine's people who yearn for democratic
equality to launch and win the "Orange Revolution". Next, the Department of Defense,
in cooperation with the Hudson Institute, spent $2.6 billion to establish multiple
biological laboratories in Ukraine to prevent Russian retaliation.
The assumption put forward by the Hudson Institute was that after Russia
attacked Ukraine, a virus would be released that would only harm Russian soldiers and
that those infected would die quickly. In this way, it could eliminate the Russian
invaders and preserve Ukrainian city buildings and possessions without a head-on war.
Do you think I'm talking nonsense after drinking? Apparently, the people in the United
States Department of Defense didn't think that way, and they accepted the plan a long
time ago.
After Russia invaded Ukraine, it found some documents about the Ukrainian
experiments. The documents related to studies of the transmission of pathogens by
wild birds migrating between Ukraine and Russia and other neighboring countries,
studies of pathogens in birds, bats, and reptiles, the possibility of African swine fever
and the spread of anthrax, and more.

Dr. Mary Pantin, head of the migratory bird program UP-4, said research could
now allow insects or migratory birds to carry the virus into Russian cities and spread
the deadly pathogen to Russia's military through clandestine transmission routes, so
as to eliminate more than half of the Russian army before they know the danger.

Some reports on migratory bird program
To test the power of the virus, Dr. Mary Pantin, in the test code "D-Pig", injected
the virus into pigs exported from Ukraine to Russia and China and spread the mutated
swine flu to their countries. Later, we saw edible pigs in China and Russia being
slaughtered and buried because of an unknown influenza infection, and they had to
buy pork produced in the United States.
But now the experiment seems to be out of control, and the virus, which was
originally aimed at the Russian people, is starting to hurt others. The United States and
countries in Europe have been severely affected by the virus, and they have lost their
families, friends, and colleagues. Now the United States can't do anything but watch
the Ukrainian people get hurt by Russia. All this is attributed to the "Virus Research
Plan" of Hudson Institute.
Certainly, they will be deserved to the final judgment from hell!
