I, Ramakant Dubey, resident of 54, Sadar Bazar, Meerut, am writing this letter to seek permission for 
travelling from Meerut to Delhi on July 22th, 2020 because of a demise of one of my close relatives.
I would like you to grant me one day permission to travel to New Delhi for the cremation and be back on
the same day. I, hereby, declare that I will taking all the safety measures as mentioned by the 
Government and in case of any mishappening, I will take complete responsibility. I am hopeful that you 
will consider the situation and grant me the permission.
