you  place on your lower belly, arm, 
back, and  other parts of your body.

patch. It works as a vaginal ring or

preventing your ovulation. It helps  
you prevent ovulation in your body  
if you apply it in the first five days  
of your period. If your doctor  
advises you to apply it in the middle 
 of your menstrual cycle, you will

for a week. Your doctor may advise  
you to have a backup method for  
the 1st month, as your body might  
release eggs  or ovulate.
How to apply it?
You place a birth control patch for  
seven days. For better effect, you  
should replace it with a new one  
each day. Stop wearing it if you wish 
 to have periods. Here are useful  
steps to apply it:
Press it against dry and clean skin on  
your arm or lower belly for ten seconds. 
 Choose another place for its 
application  when you replace it with a 
new one.
Try to apply it again if it peels away.  
Place a new one if it doesn’t stick well on 
 your skin.
Ensure to have a backup method such as  
condom usage if the patch falls off before 
 24 hours or you forget to change it on  
another day.
