RCN needs to be sized to standardized
sizes to suit shelling machines. The RCN
sizing can be done before or after steam
cooking for Shelling.
Manufacturing & Supplying - Cashew Nut Sizing System
The RCN sizing is done in rotating perforated
drums into four standard sizes
1. A – 24mm to 26mm
2. B – 22mm to 24mm
3. C – 20mm to 22mm
4. D – 18mm to 20 mm
Standard Capacity – 800 to 1200 kgs/hr
