Server" then verify the "My Outgoing Server (SMTP) Requires Authentication."

Just Select the "Advanced" tab and check "This Server Requires an Encrypted Connection 
(SSL)," and then enter or type the "995" into the "Incoming Server (POP3)" respective 
field.

From the drop down menu, you will again enter or put the "465" into the "Outgoing 
Server (SMTP)" field, and then select "SSL" from the "Use the Following Type of Encrypted 
Connection.”

Finally, you will need to Click on the "OK" button and then to "Next" to configure the 
mailbox. And then Click on the "Finish" toption to finish the whole process. And at last
