“My philosophy is always to keep learning and moving. You might not find 
the perfect job right at the start, but learn what you can and then, when 
you start feeling that you’re stagnating, look for the next opportunity. 
“As long as you keep learning and work on improving your skills, you’re 
heading in the right direction. After a few years, you’ll start seeing how 
every opportunity (even the frustrating ones) helped to shape your 
experience. 
“It’s also critical to do what you enjoy and stick to work environments 
aligned with your values. Every job will have good and bad days, but you’ll 
survive the bad ones if you believe in what you’re doing.”

experienced professionals in the industry can also be incredibly valuable, as 
they can provide advice and support as you navigate your new career.

“Trust your abilities and instincts, and don’t let anyone make you doubt yourself.”
