For this, first you have to open the File Explorer and then

display you different folder and then you have to select
Windows (C:). Here you have to open the Users folder
and then you have to select your user profile. Now in the
File Explorer window, you have to click on the View tab
which is located at the top of File Explorer. After this, you
have to check the Hidden items checkbox. Then, you
have to open the App Data folder. After this, you just
have to open the Roaming folder and then open the
Microsoft folder. Always remember; by mistake do not
go to the Microsoft Teams folder. Now you have to open
the Teams folder which is in the Microsoft folder. Here
you have to open the Backgrounds folder and then just
open the Uploads folder. In the upload folder, just place
the image which you want. You have to right-click on the
Uploads folder and then you have to select Pin to Quick

Set a Custom Background in Microsoft Team:
In a video call, you have to select the more actions
button which appear to you three dots. Then you have to
select Show background effects. Just scroll down and
then you have to select the image which you've
uploaded. After this, you have to select Preview to
preview how your background will look. Now you have to
select Apply to confirm the image and if your webcam is
turned off then you have to turn on video.
