Configure Microsoft Outlook 2018:

Tools. After this, just click on Account. Now, just select the + icon in the
lower left side of the screen. Then enter your username and click
Continue button. Here just wait for Microsoft Outlook to detect your
provider type. You can also click on Choose the Provider. Then make
sure your provider type is IMAP/POP. Now enter your information to
the email form and then click on Add Account. After this, you will
receive a notification which asks you to trust your certificate. Here you
should select Always trust "certificate name” and just click on Continue
option. Now your email account is added.
Configure Microsoft Outlook 2011:
First you have to open Microsoft Outlook 2011. After this, you have to
click on the Email Account icon. The window will open, here you have
to enter your email information like Your Name, your full email address,
select POP3 or IMAP and email password etc. This will configure your
Outgoing server settings. Now you have to click on the More Options
button. You have to click on OK button to save your settings.
Configure Microsoft Outlook 2010:
For this, you have to open Microsoft Outlook 2010. Then you should
click on File option, and then click on Add Account. You have to select
manually configure server settings or additional server types, and then
just click on Next option. Now in this screen, you have to choose
Internet E-mail, and then click on Next option. Here in this window you
have to enter your email information like your Name, your full email
address, select POP3 or IMAP and also enter your email password etc.
After this, you have to click on More Settings option. Here you have to
click on the Outgoing Server tab. And also check your outgoing server
(SMTP) Requires Authentication. You must use same setting as your
incoming mail server and then just click on OK button. At this point, you
should click on the Test Account Settings button and there should be
green check marks with all items. Now, you should click the Close
Button to close the test window. And just click on OK button to save
your settings. At the end, you have to click on Finish to close the setup
wizard.
