For this, first you have to open PowerPoint and then 
you have to choose a template or create a blank 
presentation. Then you have to select the Insert tab. 
After this, you have to select the Photo Album from 
the drop-down arrow and then you have to choose 
New Photo Album. Here, you will see the Photo 
Album dialog box opens. Now, you have to select File 
to open the Insert New Pictures dialog box. After this, 
just go to the folder which contains the pictures, and 
then select the images which you want to add to the 
album. Now you have to select Insert option. The 
photos which you have selected appear in the 
Pictures in album list. If you are many pictures from 
the same folder then you can select all the pictures 
at the same time. Now you have to select Create 
option. Now you will see the PowerPoint creates a 
new presentation for the digital photo album.
Change the Order Of the 
Photos in PowerPoint

For this, first you have to select Insert 
option and then click on the Photo 
Album. After this, you have to choose 
Edit Photo Album to open the Edit 
Photo Album dialog box. Now, in the 
Pictures in album list, you have to 
select the file name of the photo 
which you want to move. You have to 
select the Up or Down arrow to move 
the photo to the correct location.

For this, you have to select Insert option and 
then select Photo Album. After this, just 
choose Edit Photo Album to open the Edit 
Photo Album dialog box. Now in the Album 
Layout section, you have to select Browse 
which is next to Theme to open the 
Choose Theme dialog box. Here you have 
to select the theme which you want to 
use. After this, you have to select Open to 
return to the Edit Photo Album dialog box. 
At the end, you have to select Update to 
apply the changes to your photo album.
