Method to Create A Team:
For this, first you have to select Teams in the toolbar, and
then select Create Team. After this, you should select 
Build a team from scratch. Now, you have to select 
Private, Public, or Org-wide just to see who can access 
the group. Then, you have to give the team a name and 
description, and then you should select Create. Here, you
should start inviting users or you can select Skip to do 
this later. At this point, you should select the ellipses next
to the team name just to add or remove members, 
manage team settings, etc. After this, you should select 
Add Channel, if you want to create a separate section in 
the team for different topics. If you want to join existing 
teams or you can create a new one, then you can select 
Join or create a team which is in the bottom-left side on 
the Teams window.
Method to Share Files in Microsoft Teams:
For this, you have to enter a team or channel and then 
select the Files tab which is at the top of the interface in 
order to upload and download the files. After this, you 
should select Files in the toolbar just to view all of the 
files which you have access. At last, you should select 
Add cloud storage in order to sync with your Google 
Drive, Dropbox, or other file storage provider. Keep in 
mind; you can also save files to your personal OneDrive.
