net user administrator /active:yes
As the administrator account is not password protected, but you should

a command prompt: net user administrator * and then hit the Enter 
key.

3. Enable Printer and File Sharing:
For this, you have to go to Control Panel and then you have to select 
Network and Internet. After this, you have to choose Network and 
Sharing Center and then click on Change advanced sharing settings. 
Then you have to click on File Printer Sharing. Here you have to expand 
the network profile. Now under File and printer sharing, you have to 
select Turn on file and printer sharing.
