ALL THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
ABOUT WHALE WATCHING IN
BAJA BY KEITH JONES
The USA and Mexico are famous for many things, but if you plan a winter
trip, skipping whale watching in Baja is a big mistake. Every year, in the
beginning of December, the gray whales begin arriving as their southward
migration ends in the shallow lagoons where they will give birth, socialize,
and find mating partners.
There are few locations in the world where you can view and get very close
to gray whales as they are selective in finding the right spot to give birth and
begin raising their baby. So, allow us to make your vacations merrier and
more comfortable.

WHAT DO WE
OFFER?
We have two basic whale watching vacation options for groups or
individuals (no single supplement ever):
1. You can come to our camp for a whale of a time on the
serene ocean. We always hope and expect you to have a
close encounter with gray whales. As per the guidelines,
our boats don't go beyond the proximity of 50 yards from a
gray whale. So, instead, we wait for them to approach the
vessel, where you can even caress them.
2. The second Baja whale watching option is even more
exciting as you can see a combination of the giant Blue
Whales in the Sea of Cortez and the gray whales in the
Pacific Laguna Ojo de Liebre.
