Open Outlook and go to "File" > "Add 
Account.“

Under "More Settings," configure outgoing 
server authentication.
In the "Advanced" tab, set port numbers and 
encryption:
a) POP3: Incoming 110, Outgoing 587.
b) IMAP: Incoming 143, Outgoing 587. Use SSL or TLS.
Click "OK" and "Next" to test the account 
settings.
Once the test is successful, click "Finish" to 
complete the setup.
Your Roadrunner email is now ready to use in
