Interactive installation art has unearthed the hidden treasures of the art  
world. The art world has become a lot more appealing to the masses  
with different types of art styles gathering momentum. The fascinating  
part is the role of the artist and audience in the interactive form of art.
It’s the pairing of the two which offers the piece of art a new body and 
 shape. The body was there before. The pairing brings it to notice and 
 its purpose. The artist couldn’t have done without the participation of  
the audience. The audience mesmerizes the whole experience.

polish its work to a level where its efforts could have only created an  
image or figure without the soul.
The interactive art form makes the audience experience their reaction,

the work of art? You correspond to what you see and experience. The  
fellow participants experience a bigger reality taking it above and

horizons. There’s no single objective in interactive art. The same  
applies to other installation art forms to an extent. The participation of  
the audience at the outer and inner level is the core of difference.
The interactive aspect of art has taken the art world by storm. It offers  
so much hope, courage and belief for the future of art and society.
Interactive art presents some of the critical issues in society. Had it  
been any other form of art, there wouldn’t have been this kind of impact  
to expect or ask. The audience observes what the artist is trying to say  
or highlight. Their personal opinion takes a backseat.
They feel overwhelmed by what the artist has been able to divert their 
 attention. They don’t feel bothered to nurture their opinion on the  
subject. The perspective towards installation art comes from the fact  
we visit the gallery or place to see what the artist has to say and what  
are its thoughts. We merely act on impulse and match it with the  
circumstances in our lives or things running around in society.
