their majority of time is spending either sitting in offices
or at home. This is the prime cause of being indulged in
a sedentary lifestyle and it affects your mental as well as
physical health. Once you are used to this routine there
is no way back. People feel used to it and start enjoying
this lifestyle ignoring their inactive unhealthy lifestyle.
People are now quite aware of these situations and try to
avoid them.
What Is The Solution?
This sedentary lifestyle needs to be changed else there can be
unavoidable health conditions that can even lead to death.
Here are various methods to avoid such situations and still
focusing on your work, have a look at the possible solutions

• Manage your time and start morning walks
• Instead of considering elevators, use the stairs
• Start hitting the gym
• Walk around the office
• Sit in a straight posture
• Have a healthy diet and avoid junk
