Good Posture - How to
improve your posture?
A good posture is a way as to
how to improve your look. If you
know a good posture is what makes
you attractive and hence makes your
first impression amazing.
Don’t slouch
sweethearts
Slouching is not good for your
look and spine. Your spine can
put a strain on your bones
muscles, and joints therefore
you need to keep your spine
right. When you meet
someone slouched posture
just takes away your chance of
a good impression.
Don’t slump at
your desk
The habit of slouching is only
triggered when you start
slouching at your desk. If you
work half of your day on the
desk, make it point to write down
“don’t slump” somewhere
around your desk. Sit all the way
back on your chair.
Check your
‘Text Neck’
When you text we are pretty much
sure you tilt your neck when you
check your mobile phone which
you already know is not good for
your neck. Do some neck exercises
after checking your mobile phone
for the whole day.
Heels are not
daily wears
They might help you to look taller but for
your posture, it is a big no-no. Pumps and
stilettoes hit the base of your spine
forward which further overarches your
back. So you need to stop wearing heels
every other day.
Try to straighten
up
When you stand up tall you feel
better ultimately. You look taller
and slimmer. It is a win-win
situation for you. You are
improving your posture and you
are looking tall. What else
would anybody want, right?
