From start, click File Explorer. If you are using Windows 7, click
Start and select My computer.
In the address bar located on the top of the screen, type
“C:\Program Files (x86)\Spybot-Search & Destroy 2”.
Find the file named “SDAV.dll”.
If you are not able to locate the file you can download it.
After downloading, locate the downloaded file. Right click on
the file and select copy.
Now go to the “Spybot-Search and Destroy2” folder.
Right click and select paste in the folder.
If you find that the file is already present there, then right click on dll
and go to properties to check the size of the file.
You need to download the file if the size is other than 32KB.
Now you have to follow the steps 5,6 and 7. The only difference is that
after clicking paste select “replace the file in the destination”.
