Reinstall the Skype application in your system.
 Firstly, you need to press Windows + R key to open the Run 
dialog box in your system.
 After that, enter “appwiz.cpl” in the address bar of the Run dialog 
box and hit enter.
 Then click on the option named “program and features”.
 In the programs and features Window, select the skype application 
and then click on the uninstall option to uninstall Skype application.
 After the uninstallation, go to the official Microsoft Website and 
install the Skype application in your system.
Delete the configuration files of your Skype account:
 Firstly, you need to close the Skype 
application properly in your system.
 Then press Windows + R keys to open the 
Run box in your system.
 Type “%appdata%\Skype” in the address 
bar of the Run box and press enter key.
 After that, a new window will open and you 
see some configuration files. Delete those 
files.
 Again, press Windows + R key to open the Run 
box and type “inetcpl.cpl” in the search bar of the 
Run dialog box and then press enter key.
  After that, click on the internet options and then 
the Internet properties window will open you just 
need to click on the Advanced tab.
