The Journal Entries can be imported in QuickBooks using CSV or Excel 
files using manual methods. Here is the process that can be followed 
to do the import easily without any problem. 
Go to File, then Import. Select General Journal Entries. Find and select 
the QBJ file you saved, then select Open. Select the journal entries you 
want to import, or select Select All, then Import.
When a journal entry has been made, a user may want to import it. QuickBooks is 
one of the software into which such an entry can be imported.
