The
American Heart Association's Advanced Cardiac Life
Support Course
is a comprehensive training program designed for

BLS (Basic Life Support) Instructor
Course
American Heart Association’s
Basic Life Support (BLS) course is designed

topics such as CPR, AED usage, and relief of
choking in adults, children, and infants.

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Su
pport) Instructor Course
AHA’s Advanced Pediatric Life Support (PALS) C
ourse
is designed for healthcare providers who are
involved in the care of critically ill or injured
infants and children. This course provides

needed to assess, recognize, and manage
pediatric emergencies. Participants will learn

for pediatric resuscitation, including airway

Emergency Care Assistant –
Basic (EMT-B)
Emergency Care Assistants (ECAs) play
a crucial role in the healthcare industry,

assistance to patients in emergency
situations. They are trained to respond
quickly and efficiently to emergencies,
administering first aid, performing CPR,
and stabilizing patients until further
medical help arrives. ECAs work closely

General Duty Assistant (
GDA)
General Duty Assistant (GDA) are also
known as “Nursing Care Assistant”,
“Nursing Assistant”, “Nursing Aide”,
“Bedside Assistant” or “Orderlies” when
working in healthcare settings. They
provide essential support to nurses and
other healthcare professionals by
assisting with patient care tasks such
as bathing, feeding, and taking vital
signs. Additionally, GDAs may also help
with transporting patients, maintaining
cleanliness in patient rooms, and
documenting patient information.
