About Us
K&L was established in 1987 by Margaret Kinsella.
K&L sets out to make cakes and desserts in the  
tradition of Margaret's home place near Enniscorthy  
Co. Wexford. Farm fresh eggs, wheat, churned 
butter,  fresh cream, jam and seasonal fruit was the
ingredients for her mother’s cakes and breads 
hot  from the Aga in Margaret’s home when she 
was  growing up.
