Payroll & Guidelines for Skilled worker visa process
■Case 1: If the candidate has landed in UK with a JOB-
■Tax amount should be paid without fail based on COS value
from the first month of landing.
■This amount will be 600 pounds for the first 3 months.
■From 4th month candidates shall pay 20% commission on
the salary earned and UK gov. tax (As per the tax slab)

■ Case 2: If the candidate didn’t get any JOB after
landing:
■ Tax amount should be paid without fail based on COS
value from the first month of landing.
■ This amount will be 600 pounds for the first 3 months.
■ From 4th month candidates shall pay 600 pounds
commission and 600 pounds as part of UK gov. tax (Total
pay per month = 1200)
■ Candidates shall transfer the said amount on 28th of
every month. Failing to do so, employers will not be able
to generate the payroll for that month.
