metal contact from the bottom in the second column from the right side of your 
cartridge.
Step 8: Place a Piece of Tape Again on the Sixth Metal Contact.
Step 9: Replace the ink cartridge and repeat the printer alignment process.
Step 10: Uninstall the ink cartridge and after the alignment is complete, remove the 
strips including any residue left on the metal contacts.
Step 11: In your printer, reinstall the cartridge.
