The detailed division of program?
The program has a three-month-long training schedule for
which the model extends beyond training. The aim is to
open career opportunities and accelerate professional
growth through these two categories of the program:
Fresher's program:
HCL TSS program is for Fresher Engineers; to prepare
them for entry-level jobs in the IT industry. The 6-month
long training ends with a job at HCL. The trainees undergo
three months of Extensive Classroom Training and three
months of Practice Term where candidates get to work on
live global projects. The focus is to instil basic principles
and knowledge to be in an IT setup. Particular focus is paid
on theoretical, personal and presentation skills of trainees.
Graduate Program:
• HCL TSS program for fresher graduates aims to prepare them
for non-tech & other entry-level positions. The trainees learn
through virtual extensive classroom training and in the later
stage, professional practice term kicks in where candidates get
to work with client-based projects at HCL Technologies.
