Our Vision
Dayitwa NGO envisions growing as an idea across
regions, economies, and countries using urban discard
as a tool to alleviate poverty and enhance the dignity
of the world’s underprivileged people. Address basic
but neglected issues of the poor by involving them in
evolving their solutions with dignity and urban
material as a reward
Initiatives
Dayitwa has built a network of communities from
urban to village India, channelizing material as a
tool to address crucial gaps in rural infrastructure,
water, environment, livelihood, education, health,
disaster relief and rehabilitation.

Dayitwa is a structure that counts on hard work rather than bathing in
money as well as believing that it is enough to offer money.
One has to aim and also utilise that cash in a favourable means to make
sure that people can be benefitted. As the foundation continues to
mature, its goal will remain unfaltering.

OUR PROGRAMMES
Children are the future of a nation. For an emerging country like India, our work
focused on the development of underprivileged children holds the key to the
progress of the nation itself, and their education is the cornerstone of this progress.
But education for children cannot be achieved without ensuring the family’s welfare
– a child can go to school regularly only when the family, particularly the mother, is
healthy and empowered and the family has decent livelihood opportunities and a
steady income.
Realising this, Dayitwa Foundation, beginning in the corridors of education, has
adopted a lifecycle approach with intensive programmes focused on family
health, livelihood, and community engagement through women empowerment,
which addresses the needs of less privileged children, their families, and the
larger community.

OUR WORK
EDUCATION
Mission Education, the education programme of
Dayitwa Foundation provides basic education and
healthcare to underprivileged children, with the belief
that education is both the means as well as the end to
a better life.

HEALTHY CARE
Healthcare programme which provides curative and
preventive healthcare services at the doorsteps of the
underserved in remote rural villages and urban slums,
besides inculcating a health-seeking behavior in them.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
Swabhiman is a programme focusing on girl
children and women empowerment. The USP
of Swabhiman is its innovative and highly
effective approach named the ‘4-S Model’
which means Seeking Healthcare as a
Behavior, Support through Education.
