Sage (salvia sclarea) SEED oil. It  is an

All about clary sage seed oil
• 1.  How do you grow the clary sage plants that are used for My Sage Monster product? 
They are grown without herbicides, pesticides or any other chemical treatment by a 
certified organic producer, complying with EU and NOP organic standards. The beautiful 
fields of clean and fertile soil are located close to the Sea, where the climate is soft, warm, 
and humid. The harvesting period is from the middle of June to the middle of July. Clary 
sage is a beautiful perennial plant. The first year does not give a yield. During the second 
year, it gives a high quality harvest. The third year, provided there is sufficient humidity and 
care, it gives 50% of  the second year's yield. After that, the plant is taken out and the field 
needs to rest for at least 4 years until a new crop is planted.

2.  How do I take "My Sage Monster" product?
 You can put the oil directly in your mouth using the dropper or put it on your salads, 
steamed veggies, potatoes, etc. Be creative. Generally, it is best to take it with your food... 2 
droppers with a meal 1 to 3 times per day. A total of 1/2 teaspoon per day. It is NOT 
recommended for cooking.
• 3.  Do I really need Omega-3? 
 Yes, it is wise to take ALA Omega-3 in today's modern society suffering from a lot of 
inflammation. Omega-3 is an essential fatty acid, which the body does not produce. It 
can help to balance the high intake of Omega-6  (from cheap oils like corn oil, safflower 
oil, sunflower oil, canola oil, soybean oil, and many other food sources) to cut down 
inflammation. In summary: Omega-3 helps to support cardiovascular health, blood sugar 
control, brain health, mood, memory, digestive function, immune function, overall health 
and longevity. it can make a difference to children's brain health and prevention of ADD.
• 4. What is the best source of Omega-3?
   A-  Clary Sage seed oil is by far the best source because it is a plant-
based, vegan and stable oil ( 2 years at room temperature), whereas 
most other oils like flax seeds, chia, krill, algae and fish oils get rancid 
easily, and can damage our health.

5.  What is an optimal ratio of Omega-3 versus Omega-6 in my diet?
    A- Various experts recommend from 1 : 1 to 1: 5 ratio for a healthy 
diet. Many people have 1 : 15 and some even 1 : 50 ratio with their 
junk   food diet, which can cause a lot of inflammation and  sickness.

6.  How much Omega-3 should I supplement daily?
   A-  It really depends on your diet. We suggest a minimum of 1 gram 
of Omega-3 (2 droppers of Clary Sage seed oil). If you are 
fighting  inflammation with this natural anti-inflammatory, take 2 or 
3 grams of Omega-3. Never exceed 5 grams per day.
