The initial stage to crack NATA exam. Clear your easy and light topic chapters. You can
allot few hours to few days to complete. There are alot of topics that can’t be dealt with
easily; and sometimes you underestimates your own ability, that’s why more time is
required.
Therefore it is really very necessary to have a balanced view of your ability, knowledge
and understanding of difficulty level of the exam, and how much time will it take to cover
the entire syllabus.
Do not make rigid plan. Make it flexible, so you can make necessary changes according to
the time and situations.

Preparation
OPTIMIZE TIME
• Be smart. Do not practice topics that carry little or no weightage. Devote
less time for less important topics, and skip the irrelevant content. Do not
solve same problems over and again. Save time to solve specific set of
problems.
REVISIONS
Make provision of weightage topic revisions in your study plan. Make notes
while you study, this will help you to revise the topics in the last few days.
DRAWING SKILLS + CREATIVE SKILLS
Architecture, probably more than any engineering discipline, requires you to
have an imaginative bent of mind. Drawing test is designed to test the
candidate on a number of parameters like drawing, imagination, and
observation skills. Go through previous years’ question papers, figure out
what kind of imaginative prowess is expected of you.
TAKING MOCK TESTS
Take mock tests which will help you to get ready for the final NATA exams.
These tests give exam-like environment. It will help you to understand the
exam pattern, questions and their solutions, and your ability. The more you
take mock tests, the more confidence you boost.
You can take sample questions papers and previous years' NATA question
papers as a practice material for mock tests.
