 After signing in to your Gmail account, go to My Account.
  Click the Sign-in & Security tab and choose Password & sign-in method.
  Select the App Passwords option and create a password. Then, click 
Generate and then Configure Gmail In outlook.
  You have to enter the app password each time you log in from your 
device.

  Launch the MS Outlook application to add your Gmail account.
  Click the File menu and select the Add Account tab.
  Type in your email address and click the Connect button.
