step instructions given below.
 First, you have to create the App-Specific password from Apple. To do that, sign in to the Apple ID management 
web page from your system's web browser.
 Once you successfully sign in to the Apple ID management wizard, navigate to the Security section and select 
the APP-SPECIFIC PASSWORDS option followed by Security for icloud mail imap and smtp settings
 Follow the on-screen instructions to create the App-Specific password.
 After creating it, launch the Outlook application on your system.
 Click File  Add Account. Now, the Add Account window will open.
 Choose Manual Setup or Additional Server types by clicking the checkbox beside it.
 Choose the POP or IMAP services from the displayed list.
 Below the User Information section, enter your name and the iCloud mail address in the Your Name & Email 
Address
 Choose the IMAP option from the Account Type drop-down menu.
 Typemail.me.com in the Incoming mail server text field.
 Click anywhere in the Outgoing mail server text field and type mail.me.com.
 Below the Logon Information section, type your  iCloud username in the User Name text field.
