Check if the IPv6 is enabled
Try to check any update is available
If it is found, then update it
Resetting the winsock and tcp/ip
Renew your IP configuration
Disable the IP help server
Disable IPV6
Resetting winsock
Open the run dialogue box & update network settings
Enter cmd and hit enter
Type “netsh winsock reset catalog”
Restart your computer 
Type “netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log” and press 
Enter.
Renew IP Configuration
Open the Command Prompt & Enter the command
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
Restart your computer and check if you can 
access the internet.
