Outlook SMTP Settings
 Incoming mail server:
1. IMAP server name - 
Outlook.office365.com
2. IMAP port - 993
3. IMAP encryption method - TLS
Setup Outlook For IMAP
 Go to File and select Info. 
 Then, choose Add account.
 To add your account, enter an email 
address.
 Select Advanced options.
Setup Outlook SMTP
 Go to tools menu
 Choose add account settings
 Choose the email account
 Click the outgoing mail server
