 Follow the steps to fix the issue
 Reinstall the driver
 Update the driver
 Add legacy hardware
 Resolve the driver confilicts
Reinstall the driver
 Uninstall the current driver and install it again
 Open the run dialogue box
 Type the devmgmt.msc
 Open the device driver manager 
 Choose the real tech audio driver
 Install it again
Update the driver
 Having an older diver update it
 Open the command prompt
 And then open the real tech audio driver windows 
 Choose the driver 
 Click update it
Add legacy hardware
 Follow the steps 
 Open the audio, video and game controller menu
 Choose the add legacy hardware
 And click update
 Click next button
Resolve the driver confilict
 Open the device manager Window
 From the given option, select disable
 Uninstall the real tech driver
 And update the drier
 Now check the issue
