Syncing Email on Windows With The Simple Steps
Introduction
 Syncing email on Windows can be easily done by clicking the sync 
button in the mail app. 
 To customize the sync settings, click the settings application and then 
change the mailbox sync settings.
Sync Windows live Mail with Gmail
 First, proceed with the Settings link in Gmail and then go to Accounts.
 Next, click the Add another mail account option from the Get mail from 
other accounts.
 Enter the Windows Live mail address from the Email address and click the 
Next Step option.
 Now, under the Username field, type the Windows mail email address.
 Enter the Windows Mail password in the Password field.
Sync iPhone with Windows Mail
 First, export your contact as a CSV file and save it in an easily accessible 
folder.
 Click the Windows ball icon on your system for syncing email.
 Now, enter WAB in the Search field.
 Next, double-click to open the WAB.EXE file.
 Click the Import option at the top of the screen.
