A customs broker is a person who clears shipments at the port 
of imported or exported goods. Custom brokers are responsible 
to ensure that all the imported and exported items meet all 
the regulations, packing, laws and other requirements that are

documentation, taxes and other needs have been fulfilled.

that custom broker needs to analyze the entire process and 
design procedures to reduce the cost of import businesses and 
suggest various improvement activities. 
==> Coordinate with all the connected departments and 
maintain compliance with all import operations. 
==>It is listed in Rule 6 exam eligibility rules that brokers 
need to monitor all new regulatory issues and inform 
employees on the same.
==>Manage and assist to resolve customer queries and 
ensure that all problems are solved.
==> Maintain knowledge on rules and regulations of all
