PayPal account. Here is how can you add any of these methods to your PlayStation 
account.
Start your PS4.
Open ‘Settings’ from your home screen.
Then go to ‘Account management.’
Select ‘Account Information.’
From the Account Information screen, select ‘Wallet.’
Now, select ‘Payment Methods.’
Select ‘Add a Credit or Debit card’ or ‘Add a PayPal Account.’ Choose the payment mode you

Open  ‘Settings’  from  your  home  screen.
Then  go  to  ‘Account  management.’
Select  ‘Account  Information.’
From  the  Account  Information  screen,  select  ‘Wallet.’
Now,  select  ‘Payment  Methods.’
Provide  your  password,  if  required.  You’ll  now  see  all  the  payment  methods  linked  
to  your  account.
Pick  the  Card  or  PayPal  account  you  want  to  set  as  a  default  payment  method  for  
your  PlayStation  wallet.
And,  follow  the  screen  prompts  to  finish  setting  as  default.
Now,  whenever  you  purchase  anything  from  your  PlayStation  account,  your  default
