The Branch Services Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to UBL clients. He/she will attend to customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner. He/she will also update customers on the latest products and services offered by the bank. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
