License Description:  An Apprentice Applicator License is 
required of individuals who are applying pesticides under the 
supervision of a properly licensed pesticide applicator 
(supervising applicator). Supervision means that: The supervising 
applicator has assured that the individual possesses sufficient 
knowledge to apply the pesticide safely and according to label 
and any other directions. The individual is applying the pesticide 
under the instruction of the supervising applicator. The 
supervising applicator is reasonably available to the individual for 
any needed consultation or assistance in performing the
