License Description:  Physician Assistants (PA) provide medical 
services under the direction and supervision of a licensed medical
or osteopathic physician. Within the physician/physician assistant 
relationship, physician assistants excercise automomy in medical 
decision-making and provide a broad range of diagnostic and 
therapeutic services. The clinical role of physician assistants 
invludes primary and specialty care in medcial and surgical 
practice settings in both urban and rural areas. The scope of 
practice for licensed physician assistants is documented in a
