As a principal, Justin Dye devotes 
himself to helping the whole 
school grow and develop despite

hinder their progress—students 
and staff alike.
Experience As a Teacher
With prior experience as a teacher, a Title 1 coordinator, and a 
vice-principal, Justin Dye came to his role as principal at Heritage 
Elementary School prepared to take on the complex issues of 
working with students in at-risk scenarios. 
Passionate About Helping 
Children 
Justin Dye has always been passionate 
about helping children rise out of 
difficult home circumstances and 
pursue their academic dreams. Now, 
building off of 20 years in the 
educational field, the Arizona principal 
is able to have a direct impact on the 
lives of at-risk students and their 
families.

Speaker
In previous roles, Justin Dye collected 
experience working directly with 
students and their families in lower-
income households or at-risk 
environments. All this experience pays 
off 10-fold in his career as an 
educational leader and public speaker.
