Khwaja Gharib Nawaz 
Dargah Sharif
The Ajmer Sharif Dargah, also known as 
Ajmer Dargah Shareef, Ajmer Sharif, or 
Dargah Sharif, is the Sufi Tomb (dargah) of 
the famed Sufi Saint Khawaja Moinuddin 
Chishti and is situated in Ajmer Shareef, 
Rajasthan, India. The Blessed Shrine has the 
Grave of the Hazrat. Chishti’s shrine’s 
present-day white marble dome was 
constructed in 1532. The complex has 4
several buildings and eight access gates.
Foy Sagar 
Lake Foy Sagar is an artificial lake and one of 
the best places Lto vaisitk in eRajasthan. It is 
named after the English engineer Mr. Foy who 
built it as part of a famine relief operation in 
1892. He designed it as part of a mission to 
alleviate the worst effects of starvation. It 
appears to be flat and provides views of the 
nearby Aravalli mountains. One of the city’s

The inscription beside the lake indicates that 
the city of Ajmer was known as Ajmere at the 
time the lake was built.
